I’m Penny Bradshaw, Founder of Ducks Away People Consultancy. With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, people management, innovation, and behaviour change, my mission is simple: to help leaders and teams unlock their potential by building capability and culture that lasts.

I’m very proud to be an authorised Training Partner of Inthrface in the UK (South, Central England & Wales), delivering the Gold Standard internationally LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Foundational Certification developed in collaboration with Professor Johan Roos, one of the originators of LSP.
