On 29 April 2026, I’ll be facilitating a dynamic, hands‑on workshop at The Clare Foundation in Aylesbury, designed specifically for managers working within local charitable organisations. The session focuses on strengthening core management skills while fostering creativity, collaboration, and clearer strategic thinking.
Using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, participants will explore real-world management challenges in a playful yet powerful way—building models, sharing insights, and uncovering new perspectives that traditional training often can’t reach. The workshop aims to equip managers with practical tools to enhance team communication, improve problem‑solving, and lead with greater confidence in their organisations.
